Pricing
Black Swamp Audio does not discount products found on this site beyond their listed price on this website. We feel the the products we carry are already a value. For larger 'package' deals, we do throw in a few added bonuses and many products also include shipping.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing information received from our distributors, or an increase in the price of a product that we are not notified of, Black Swamp Audio has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. You will be notified at time of placing such an order of the error in pricing. We will not charge your credit card or accept payment on any order until you confirm acknowledgement of the correct price. You will have the option of canceling your order or purchasing the product at the proper price.
Payment Method
Checks-Personal and first time business checks must clear before shipping. Most personal checks now clear our bank within 3 business days.
Money Orders - Products would ship upon receipt of payment.
Certified Checks - Certified checks must also clear our bank before product can be shipped.
Credit Cards- VISA, Master Card, American Express & Discover Card. ALL credit card transactions are address verified before processing order. Please make sure you give us the proper BILLING ADDRESS of the credit used for the transaction. Black Swamp Audio does not charge any surcharge for credit card orders.
Paypal - Our email address of brad@blackswampaudio.com is our Paypal account. If you are considering paying for an order via Paypal, you must contact us first to assure the product(s) are available. If we have to refund a Paypal payment due to a backordered or out of stock product, we will not return the Paypal fees that were charged to our account.
Black Swamp Audio does not accept credit card orders from outside the United States.
All international orders must be prepaid via paypal, bank transfer, certified bank check drawn on US funds or international money order
International Orders for 220 voltage
No "stock" electronics will be sold outside the US if there is a dealer in your country.

Shipping
All shipping options will have actual charges applied. We will not ship any product without the proper insurance, including used components. For any product that we issue a set shipping charge, this price will include the proper insurance. All shipping charges apply only to shipment to the Continental US. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
No merchandise will be shipped without signature delivery confirmation.
Returns & Cancelled orders
20% will be charged for any returns or cancelled orders. There are no returns/refunds on custom built or custom ordered items. Equipment must be returned as new, in the same packaging received and with proper insurance applied. No refunds will be issued to product that was damaged in return shipping. Returns are not accepted without a return authorization number. Shipping is not refundable.
There are NO returns on used, demo or special priced items unless otherwise stated, so please ask all your questions prior to purchase. Unless the product comes with a predetermined trial period, there will be no exceptions.
Defective Merchandise
All defective products must be brought to our attention within 3 business days of receipt so PLEASE check your product upon delivery.
Damage Claims
All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Black Swamp Audio is not responsible for breakage or damage that occurs in transit and does not issue refunds based on damage caused by the carrier. Black Swamp Audio will work with the carrier in regard to damage claims for replacement or reimbursement. Please do not discard the packaging material as the carrier will normally send an inspector out once a claim has been filed. If you do not have the original packaging material, carriers will not honor a damage claim and there is NOTHING Black Swamp Audio can do. Such claims must be reported to us as soon as possible. Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery.
